Music video discos: Just like any of our other disco packages, but only you and your guests get to see the videos that go with the music!.

Music videos are a great talking point for the time at the beginning of events before the dancing begins, and really heighten the mood when the party kicks off. You and your guests can see the latest chart videos, reminisce about how big Whitney Houston’s hair was in her 80s videos, or maybe even dance along to the video of the Cha Cha Slide and other party classics. Just like any of our other disco packages though, you are welcome to have as much or as little input into the music for your event as you wish.

We have great selection of the latest chart, pop, indie, RnB and dance music, along with plenty of classic party music videos. Don’t worry if we don’t happen to have the video to your favourite song though, we can still play it and get your dance floor moving, but instead of the video we’ll seamlessly mix in computer visuals that move in time to the music. We can also display on-screen messages throughout your event to let your guest know that the buffet is now available, last orders at the bar, or maybe to just give a shout out to you and your friends.


There are so many other ways that our  giant video screen can help give your event that extra special something, here are just a few ideas that have worked in the past:

Photo & Videos: Throughout your event, or at a certain point in proceedings, you can have your photographs displayed on the screen to your choice of music. Ideal for any occasion, especially landmark birthdays (any excuse to get the baby photos out!) or anniversaries, engagements and weddings (to show pictures of the happy couple). We can even show your old home movies if you have them on DVD or on your computer.

Awards ceremonies/presentations: Make your awards night even more glamorous by having the nominations and winners’ names appear on the big screen. Just make a PowerPoint presentation or video yourself, then come and plug your laptop into our system on the night. Alternatively, email us your files in advance and we’ll have everything set up ready for you on our system when you arrive.



How does it work?

We’ll bring our professional projector and video screen package to your venue, along with all our usual sound and lighting equipment. Our professional projector shines bright enough to see even when the lights are on and we can project onto any blank wall in your venue or our 80 inch, or even our own massive 100 inch screen screen (making a picture about 6 feet wide and 4 ½  feet high) for larger venues.

Also, if you hire our projector and screen to show photos, home movies or presentations, once the party begins we can show music videos, fancy visuals and on-screen messages to add to that party atmosphere.

Projector and video screen technical info:

The projector and screen we use for our video disco and presentation packages was carefully chosen to provide the best possible picture clarity and convenience for your event.

The projector we use is an, “NEC WT615”, and has a rated brightness of 3500 output lumens (that’s bright!). It is also unique because it can be placed only half a metre in front of the screen to make an 80 inch picture. This means we can keep our setup compact and your guests won’t be tripping over a projector in the middle of the dance floor.
