If you choose to book (and we hope you will), your booking will be confirmed in writing within seven days and a booking contract sent out for complete piece of mind. Once the booking contract is returned to us with a reservation fee of £50 (deducted from the total bill when paid) the booking is confirmed. You may like a face to face consultation to fine tune the details of your event, discuss the music and running order, or meet at the venue to discuss placement of equipment or a customised lighting scheme for your event. This service can easily be arranged for a nominal fee of £20 to cover travel costs.
You can contact us by phone or email at any time up to the event to discuss the details of your event and we encourage clients booking wedding receptions and private parties to provide us with a list of must play, could play, and definitely don’t play music, no matter how short or long, to give us an idea of the music you love. If booking corporate events or you’re just easy going about the music we play, that’s great, we have the knowledge and experience to give your guests a great night by judging the music on the night.
A week before your event, we’ll always contact you for final confirmation and to note any last minute details, and then on the night we’ll arrive at our agreed set up time, allowing plenty of time to set up so that your venue looks immaculate for when your guests arrive and the party can begin…
