When you contact us, we always return phone calls and emails within 24 hours, we’ll be happy to meet with you in person before or after you book so that you know who your DJ will be and you can make sure that we understand what you require. When you book, we’ll post you a booking contract for your peace of mind and so that you have everything in black and white, we even give you a stamped addressed envelope to make it as easy as possible to return one signed copy back to us.

Once the booking contract is returned to us with a pre-payment of £50 (deducted from the total bill when paid) the booking is confirmed. You may like a face to face consultation to fine tune the details of your event, discuss the music and running order, or meet at the venue to discuss placement of the equipment or a customised lighting scheme for your event. This service is included for all corporate events and weddings, and can be easily added to other bookings for a small additional fee to cover travel expenses.

At any time before your event, you can contact us by phone or email to discuss the details of your event and we encourage clients booking wedding receptions and private parties to provide us with a list of must play, could play, and definitely don’t play music, no matter how short or long, to give us an idea of the music you love.  If booking corporate events or you’re just easy going about the music we play, that’s great, we have the knowledge and experience to give your guests a great night by judging the music on the night. In the lead up to your event, we’ll make sure we contact the venue to make sure that they have our safety certificates and confirm that our details and timings of the event match with their records to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. We’ll also contact any other entertainers you may be having to make sure that we both know when and where we’ll be. Often it is possible to arrange for bands or singers to play through our concert quality sound system, which, as well as making them sound even better, means that you’ll have less speakers and other equipment cluttering up your venue.

A week before your event, we’ll always contact you for final confirmation and to note any last minute details, and then on the night we’ll arrive at our agreed set up time, allowing plenty of time to so that your venue looks immaculate for when your guests arrive and it’s time to party!
